Hey Friends,

You don’t need the most expensive running shoes to start running. Just find a pair that’s comfortable and affordable.

You don’t need the latest matching workout sets to hit the gym—grab some sweats or shorts from a thrift store and a tee you don’t mind sweating in.

And when it comes to eating healthy, it’s not about buying all-organic groceries. Focus on whole foods you can afford, and drink more water instead of soda and juice.

You don’t need to join the fanciest gym in town, either. All you need is some open space, your body, and maybe a few free YouTube videos to guide you through exercises.

The truth is, you don’t need any of these things to kickstart your health journey.

For some, having the right gear or a gym membership can be a motivator, and that’s awesome. But it’s not essential.

Keep things simple. Your life is already complex, busy, and short of time—don’t let your health and fitness add to that. Instead, let it make your life better, not more stressful.

Cheers to keeping it simple!

Best, Collis
